We had a few problems with the electronics of the car, but thanks to the very good availability of the hire company we were able to solve them quite quickly and satisfactorily. The vehicle and especially the camping equipment were otherwise exceptional. Handling and service on site were also very good!

We booked a car from the budget category for the 2nd time and were very satisfied overall. Small problems were always solved quickly via Whatsapp. The only thing that bothered us was that there were no pre-installed lights in the rear. We've always had that before. And cotton bed linen instead of microfibre would also be good!

We rented the bush camper for the second time in a row. The budget was in no way inferior to the normal Bushcamper. The mileage was around 100,000 kilometres for the budget. The vehicle is very reliable, robust and very capable off-road. No problems on gravel roads, sand tracks or safaris in the Okavango Delta. The collection and return at ASCO went smoothly. We had a defective tyre due to extreme road conditions in Botswana. Fair handling of the defective tyre. We would book with ASCO again at any time and choose this vehicle. Every member of staff at ASCO was very friendly and my requests were dealt with immediately. Transfer to the airport was unproblematic.

We enjoyed every second of our time with the vehicle. It is extremely reliable, comfortable, convenient and lacks nothing. Kitchen, 2 cool boxes, 2 spare tyres, comfortable beds, shower, WC, plenty of space for luggage and for changing in the vehicle, etc. Everything is really very well finished, hard-wearing materials have been used. The briefing from our provider Asco was comprehensive and detailed, including a practical test. This vehicle leaves nothing to be desired.

Everything was good. Everything we needed was there. Crockery, cutlery, espresso maker, 2 gas bottles, bed linen, mattresses, tools, etc. The car was also great, 40 litre water tank, 4 wheel drive, USB, EU charging socket, Google Car, etc. After the first 100 kilometres, the plastic protection of one of the fog lights broke and the ABS sensor failed. But we didn't have to pay for either.

We had a great experience with this magnificent vehicle. From pick-up to drop-off, we were accompanied by the best service. The convenient airport shuttle service made things a lot easier for us logistically! A 5-star rating for this great all-round package.

Vehicle poorly maintained: Battery and alternator had to be replaced, electrical contacts were "contaminated". Cabin broke off while driving. New vehicle received: Engine damage Overnight reservations could not be honoured due to constant visits to the workshop. No confidence in the vehicle, constant tension and worry about whether everything was working. Major detriment to the quality of the holiday.

I am very satisfied. The hirer was very friendly and available throughout the trip.

The pick-up and drop-off of the car worked really well. Everything was explained very well. The only pity is the small pots and pans. Cooking for 4 people is a bit difficult. Otherwise the equipment is fine. There are no tea towels. You could tell the tenants to bring their own when renting.

Vehicle well adapted to Namibian conditions. Well equipped and professional hire company. Would recommend!

A few times, the engine stalled and we had to wait a while before restarting. The glass cover of the rear light has insufficient protection when the rear door is open.

Staff Avis very friendly and give quick response to problems on the road. A few things they could improve though, therefore no higher score than this. Also pointed this out when returning the campervan. Some parts of the equipment were missing and some parts of the equipment did not work properly. Examples, zips and straps were not in order, ekektro cable , pegs awning not present, a ladder for when you are a bit smaller. Advised them to make a checklist where parts are first checked for function and presence before giving the campervan to the renter.

The car we had booked was no longer available due to an accident, so we got a better one (Ford Ranger luxury version). Everything was top notch without exception!
