RV rental in Åkersberga

We hired a TC van for 8 days via the Camper Days platform. Everything went very well and our rental company Touring Cars was perfect. We can recommend CamperDays for choosing a vehicle rental and for their responsiveness to requests for information about our rental company. Have a great trip!

The car was in good condition with 40,000 km. However, it is a bit cramped for four people, especially as the upper bed is quite difficult to get down. Otherwise all good.

Pick up in Stockholm - very timely collection from the airport to pick up point. Very thorough hand over process. No major issues with the vehicle during a 17 day trip covering 3000 km. Roadsurfer branch in Stockholm: WoMo in poor condition, defective water pump, heating system defective during the stay (can happen), but unfortunately inadequate service. No hot water and heating for a fortnight in frosty temperatures. Poor service.

Uncomplicated handling. New, clean vehicle (less than 25,000 kilometres driven). Existing stone chip in the windscreen (already recorded according to verbal information).

Collection was disastrous, but clearly not down to staff but management. The staff were so stressed. That they could not take time to discuss the vehicle professionally. As they had to deliver over 80 vehicles that day, they were over 4 hours behind schedule, very poor organisation by the management. We had also ordered and paid for the perium package, but did not receive it. When we asked the staff, they said they didn't know what it was, 2nd gas bottle 2nd bedding and barbecue were missing!

The overall package is right. Unfortunately, the dishes were not returned clean by our predecessor.
