RV rental in Las Vegas

Generous space, clean, insect nets all round, kitchen, fridge, bathroom, water, waste water, gas etc., great, many lamps made it nice and bright when needed. Somewhat careless, cheap workmanship, curtains partially torn, waste water pipe cover missing, no cleaning equipment apart from broom, waste water tank display defective, wiper blades worn. Generator stopped working towards the end, weak generator air conditioning. Suggestions: Fitted sheets, cleaning materials and buckets, a few more pots. Otherwise comfortable and problem-free travelling

The camper was - despite the late handover (5.30 pm) - totally dirty. This was also the experience of other customers we met at the drop-off. The camper already had 135,000 miles on the clock and was therefore in a corresponding condition!!!! What a pity!

The crockery was a little short on quantity: 4 plates, cups/mugs, ramekins. One cup was cracked... A basin was missing, as was a small shovel to collect the dust from sweeping up. For an 18-day rental, a second set of sheets would have been desirable. Shims to adjust the RV's horizontal position would have been welcome. The gas charging and tank filling lights did not work. Otherwise, the stay went well and the RV experience was very conclusive.

Service at the pick-up station good Vehicle was dirty as ***, was not cleaned at all before handover. On the first evening water leaked under the kitchen unit, i.e. back to the pick up station the next day. The day was then refunded due to our complaint at the end. The vehicle was repaired, but a week later the same problem occurred. In addition, chipmunks came from the underbody of the vehicle behind the drawers, from where they ate the food. Summary: Staff and service at the station in Las Vegas top, vehicle very poor.

Basically, everything was fine and the staff were very helpful. However, they were sometimes overwhelmed and disorganised. The vehicle itself was not prepared, although the booking had been made 5 months in advance. In addition, the vehicle was insufficiently cleaned and clearly broken in places. This vehicle was exchanged because the water pipes were broken. The new vehicle was just as poorly cleaned and also had several defects.

We were given a motorhome with damage to the ventilation units on the roof that had apparently been "repaired" with duct tape. We had checked everything but not at the top of the vehicle. In the first storm, water poured into the motorhome. The mattress above the driver was not only wet but on inspection already full of mould on the underside, leading us to believe that this shortcoming had been going on for some time. After many calls back and forth, we were able to take it in for repair at a local repair shop. However, this one had no replacement pieces and so duct tape again. And so still water damage in the next storm. Then finally we were able to have these units replaced at a service centre. This is not what we paid for.

The condition of the. The campervan was in good condition, it only had 35,000 miles on the clock. The equipment was pragmatic and had everything we needed, but overall it wasn't that high quality.

Unfortunately, the vehicle had several defects, some of which were already present on departure or became apparent en route. Overall, the quality of the vehicles in terms of bodywork is not particularly high. The friendliness of the staff on site could also be improved somewhat. There were also two other guests at the return who complained about defects in the vehicle. We were refunded two days' hire as compensation, again relatively quickly without much discussion.

The agreed time for the handover of the RV was delayed by 2 hours, propane was only half full, which we did not want to accept, it was reluctantly refuelled. The introduction was not very competent and wanted to get through as quickly as possible. As soon as we drove off, the roof hatch popped open and could not be closed again. we had to help with cable ties. The heating came on randomly and could only be switched off again by completely cutting off the power. We had a defect in the windscreen, which could only be fixed with adhesive tape. The RV was already very worn, cracks in the shower cubicle. The pick-up in Chicago, on the other hand, was flawless. I definitely recommend RoadBear

Despite the agreed pick-up time, we had to wait. That was a bit annoying. Little explanation at the handover. This would be rather impractical in some situations for people who have little knowledge. Drop-off was super quick because no one else was there. That was probably a coincidence. Got a very new RV. Very little to criticise.

Water dripped from the drain onto the crockery. Otherwise great motor, bed linen and towels smelled very fresh. Everything a bit dated, but ok. We were very satisfied. Thank you very much. Niko is great!!!

Well suited for 2 people! Our vehicle was already very old (approx. 240000 miles) and therefore had a few flaws. Overall, however, a good price/performance ratio.
