RV rental in Salt Lake City

We hired a C25 leaving Salt Lake City on 17 September and returning to San Francisco on 21 October. On the 1st day, we noticed a number of malfunctions (water pump, engine warning light, no regulator, no car radio, no working socket). We went back to the agency the next day to report these faults. The sockets were repaired and the warning light 'removed' thanks to the suitcase. As for the rest, we were told that nothing could be done. We had to make an exchange after 10 days by changing our route. The new RV had a burnt-out cell battery that had to be replaced. Thank goodness for efficient assistance! But it was a very bad experience!

There were three of us and some days four of us travelling! Enough space for max. 6 people! Everything included, cookware, cutlery, cups, plates, towels, duvet, big enough! Early Bird worked well this time! We were generally very satisfied!

We booked a C21 for 15 nights with Cruise America in Salt Lake City. The service was great at pick-up and drop-off. We received a relatively new motorhome with no damage. It wasn't perfectly clean, but still perfectly fine. The C21 was sufficient for us (2 people). We booked unlimited generator use. In retrospect, this would not have been necessary. We were very satisfied overall and would book here again.

Unpleasant service provider who tried to sell us their options at all costs, even though we hadn't chosen them on the internet! He had already prepared the kitchen units in the camper van even though we hadn't chosen the option, and told us that we had already paid for them even though he then billed us for them... ! All this while making no effort to communicate. The gauge sensors were wrong (full/empty), which is not at all practical for knowing when to go to the oil change station. The service provider said we'd received a video link to explain the problem, but we hadn't. I asked him to send it to me by email. I asked her to email it to me... She replied, "Go and have a look on youtube... No comment!
